The hotel had everything we needed and was quiet before check-in and after check-out. The rooms were big and comfortable for 4 adults, though very old but clean. The service was not extremely knowledgeable or helpful, but I really liked how safe and secure I felt staying here. The location was amazing, right in the center of town for Times Square and Broadway shows. The dining offered no hot options and couldn't drink coffee all day. The facilities were modern and spacious.
